Doina Marian

Studied History of Art and Museology at the Art University of Bucharest. Worked as a curator of art department at the Museum of Bucharest City, in publishing and events management. Planned and organized the representation of Romanian book industry at Frankfurt Book Fair and Salon du Livre in Paris. As manager of the Romanian Publishers’ Association, she created and managed the first edition of Bookfest, the largest international bookfair in Romania.

Doina was commissioned by the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes and the Memory of the Romanian Exile to coordinate the project of Ramnicu Sarat Memorial and Information Center and the focused workshop on this topic.
